Questions venues ask.

What happens after I apply?

We check your venue, then you add your opening hours, photos and family deal in the Kidly Partner portal. Families show a one-time PIN, your staff enter it in the Kidly Partner web app, and the deal is applied.

What does it cost?

Listing your venue is free. Fees for redeemed deals and optional paid placement are set out in the partner terms.

Can I pay to rank higher in plans?

No. Planner rankings aren’t for sale. Any paid placement is shown separately and always labelled.

How do my staff redeem deals?

The family shows a 6-digit PIN. Staff enter it in the Kidly Partner web app on any phone. Each PIN works once, at your venue only, and expires after 15 minutes.
